Had an awesome time with friends! We explored the Salem Witch Museum and enjoyed trolley tours through Boston. The hotel had everything we needed, and Axel did an amazing job with breakfast. Heads up, use the Dunkin’ Donuts parking lot to access the hotel. We'd totally stay here again!

Comfortable Stay with Great Service
I had a pleasant stay here! The spacious room was well-equipped, featuring a rainfall shower that made mornings refreshing. The front desk provided excellent dining recommendations that enhanced our visit. Just a tip, the entrance can be tricky to find at night, so keep an eye out for Dunkin Donuts.

We had a great time during our stay, enjoying the comfortable beds and good breakfast options. The kids loved the nearby trolley tours through Boston, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, especially the lobby and exercise room.
In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom to reduce condensation. Also, a clearer sign for the entrance would help families with kids in tow.

The hotel features a well-appointed guest area with nice, functional furnishings, making for a comfortable space to unwind. An abundance of well-maintained outdoor parking adds convenience during your stay.
The lack of laundry facilities was a major inconvenience for my family, especially during our lengthy visit. Additionally, despite being billed as a family-friendly spot, the room felt cramped, making it difficult for us to relax comfortably. For some reason, there was also an unexpected $50 charge at check-in, which complicated the whole transaction without prior notice. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by these specific annoyances that shouldn't be typical at a hotel in this price range.

The clean exercise room and nice breakfast options, including energy bars, were highlights. However, finding the hotel was tricky due to limited signage, and the overall upkeep felt lacking with an outdated look. The parking situation was awkward, as it required navigating through another business's lot. Not many dining choices in the area detracted from the experience.

My stay in the Standard King Room was comfortable overall. The bed was super comfy, and I loved having a Keurig with decaf options. The fridge was large and quiet, which was great for my food. However, the toilet tank felt loose, and the shower ceiling had some stains. Plus, I had to deal with broken elevators, so I had to take the stairs to the third floor. Good water pressure in the shower, though!

The stay was enjoyable overall, with clean rooms and good breakfast offerings. I appreciated the Keurig in my room and the fridge was a nice touch for keeping snacks fresh.
